How middle school has changed me-
-made me discover Facebook, google plus, twitter and tumblr
-taught me to shorten words and phrases because otherwise talking and texting are just such a chore. Omg. Wtf. Brb. Jk.
-made me use the word "like" after every sentence
- assured to me Justin Beiber and one direction are overrated and annoying
- made me sad by showing me how bad taste of music has gotten
- it has changed the meaning of some seemingly ordinary and innocent things into something just....not
•the number 69
•a banana
•a sausage
•jugs
•cans
•melons....
( and now I am gonna stop cuz it's just getting really depressing and awkward)
-made me believe that there are only two types of people in this world, people who are popular and people who want to be popular and are jealous of them but won't admit it
-being popular is very important in middle school and to be so you must be if a girl, skinny, straight haired, seem confident and care about guys, clothes and make up/ or have straight hair and be really athletic
If a guy (I might be totally off because I am not a guy), must be athletic, funny ( which includes sometimes being really mean) and seem confident
-that talking to someone face to face is not nearly as important as texting them every other second
-made me discover hollister, American eagle ,Aeropostale, forever21, wetseal, charlotte russe, Abercrombie and Fitch and many other stores
-made me ready for high school
-brought me so many awesome friends, amazing memories, cute clothes and important life lessons
So here's to moving on and becoming high schoolers
Love,
Penny
And which type of person are you may I ask? Popular or jealous? As far as I knew you, you weren't too skinny, didn't care about makeup, not so straight hair, didn't care about guys, and... ya!So...? (I'm in 9th already but it doesn't feel like high school here!)
